Delivery charges

For UK:

If ordering a Bristol Approach Supplement Pack there is a delivery charge of £5.00 (2nd class) or £6.00 (1st class) for each pack.

For all other items, or for the remainder of your order, delivery is charged at 5% of total value, with a minimum of £1.50 (2nd class) and £2.50 (1st class).

If you are ordering online this calculation will be done automatically.

For EU:
Delivery charge for the EU is 10% of the total order value with a minimum charge of £7.

Rest of World:
Delivery charge for the Rest of World is 20% of the total order value with a minimum charge of £8.

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards (excluding American Express and Diners) and cheques made payable to Shop@PennyBrohn Ltd. Orders are usually despatched within 3-10 working days. We try to keep everything in stock, but any items that are not will be despatched as soon as they become available at no extra delivery cost to you. Postal rates are given above. Orders that exceed £100 in value are sent recorded delivery.

Returns & refunds

We have a ‘no quibble’ policy on goods that are faulty or arrive damaged. Please return them to us within 2 weeks of receipt and we will replace them. We appreciate that sometimes purchases are made which then turn out to be unsuitable. We will accept returns of products in perfect unopened condition and give a credit or refund of the price paid.
