How to place an order

BUYING OUR PRODUCTS ONLINE

Select your products and add to your 'Shopping Basket' in the normal way.

When you wish to purchase, click on 'Checkout'.

If you are purchasing on www.shopatpennybrohn.com for the first time, you will be asked to register your details before purchase.

We do not store your credit card details
 

PROMOTION CODES

If you are claiming for a discount with one of our promotions, when you get the 'Shopping Basket' area you will have the opportunity to enter the Promotion Code and view the discount before purchase.
 

BUYING AN E-VOUCHER

You can purchase an E-Voucher like any other of our products.

After the successful purchase, you view your order in 'My Account', where you can view the 'Activation Code' for your E-Voucher.

To use an E-Voucher you simply go to 'My Account', click on the 'View Voucher Balance' button and enter the 'Activation Code'
 

GIVING AND USING GIFTED E-VOUCHERS

You can gift your E-Voucher to someone else by sending them the 'Activation Code'.

For a gift recipient to redeem the value of the certificate, they must first create a user account by clicking on 'My Account' and then clicking the 'Register as a New User' button and filling in the registration form.

After registering, simply go to 'My Account',  click on the 'View Voucher Balance' button and enter the 'Activation Code' 

 

USING 'MY ACCOUNT'

You can use 'My Account' for:

• Revising your contact information, email address and password.
• Viewing all your current and previous orders.
• Viewing your E-Voucher balance and adding E-vouchers to your account.
   

EXPIRY OF GIFT VOUCHERS

Please note: Our E-Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
