As stress continues to take a toll on all of our everyday lives, we are increasingly turning to ancient, meditative methods to reduce our stress and help us become more focused and healthy.

In Coming To Our Senses, Jon Kabat-Zinn shares his belief that we all have the capacity to mobilize deep, innate resources for continual healing, learning, growing and transformation through mindfulness. Woven into eight parts it uses stories and anecdotes from his own life experiences and work to illustrate the realm of healing possibilities and offers an amazing insight into how to use the five senses - touch, hearing, sight, taste, and smell - as a path to a healthier and more meaningful life.
